White Balsamic Vinegar Dressing


  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 4 Tbs white balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 5 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp finely minced garlic
  • 2 - 3 fresh sweet basil leaves, finely minced (or 1 Tsp dried)
  • Freshly ground pepper


Thoroughly mix first 3 ingredients
Slowly wisk in the olive oil
Add remaining three ingredients


Regular balsamic vinegar may be used - the tases are very similar
Omit the maple syrup if it's too sweet for you
