Notes from the Field

You can eat Kohlrabi raw or cooked.  Chop and cook leaves which are rich in vitamins . . . add to soup.

The garden is lush with all this rain and crops are thriving.  Lettuce is amazing.  Hope you are all enjoying the fresh and flavorful greens.

Remember to blanch and freeze what you can't use now to extend the season!
