Field Notes:

Deep gratitude opens my heart to you all.  Thank you for the oppportunity to grow you healthy food from the ground and community up.

The field speaks . . . whispering, almost ready to shout: "... two weeks away from the beginning of summer's abundant cascade..." wht a poetic field, I think.


What's in the Bag
  • Salad greens
  • Lettuces
  • Kale
  • Beet greens
  • Radishes
  • Seedlings

This week's bag is a mix of more delicious greenssssssssssss ... bib lettuce and butterheart, salad mix; french breakfast radishes - delicious salted with fresh lemon; salad mix; tender deep sea green kale; beet greens! Yum! With the baby beets (cut these off and steam them a bit before adding the greens) butter complements them well... I put you all to a kale challenge - tell us how you use it! We also grow seedlins - enjoy growing your savory herb or flower - ask us how!
