Field Notes:

Bedazzling to the eyes - this bag is just as colorful as the trees will turn come late September, early October!

Yum!  This week you receive a stock of onions, a Kabocha winter squash (dry and sweet with tender skin - see recipe), swiss chard; the colorful carrots are all delicious for fresh eating or sauteing/roasting; perhaps a little salsa can be made with the swarm of tomato varieties . . . color for health, flavor, and creativity!
