Directions:
Prehead oven to 300
Rinse and dry kale
Remove the stem and any tough center ribs
Cut into large pieces
Toss with olive oil in a bowl
Sprinkle with sea salt
Arrange leaves in a single layer on large baking sheet (You can line with parchment paper, but not required)
Bake for 20 until crisp
Place baking sheet on rack to cool
