Kale Chips


  • 1 bunch (about 6 ounces) kale
  • 1 Tblsp olive oil (1/2 Tblsp if you're making this for Kale Dusted popcorn)
  • Sea salt, to taste


Prehead oven to 300
Rinse and dry kale
Remove the stem and any tough center ribs
Cut into large pieces
Toss with olive oil in a bowl
Sprinkle with sea salt
Arrange leaves in a single layer on large baking sheet (You can line with parchment paper, but not required)
Bake for 20 until crisp
Place baking sheet on rack to cool
